Kirkstall Road submitted for planning

Our proposal for a new student accommodation building along Kirkstall Road in Leeds has been submitted for planning.

The scheme for developer BPG will offer 198 studio beds on the site of a redundant office building in the city centre.

Cunniff have worked closely with LUNA Students to ensure that sustainability and wellbeing are at the heart of the design process, targeting Fitwel and BREEAM certification. The scheme includes biodiverse landscaping at ground and roof terrace levels for outdoor relaxation, as well as generous shared amenity space to allow residents to study, socialise and keep fit.

The streetscape along Abbey Street will be greatly enhanced through the introduction of tree planting, active frontages and secure cycle parking.
