After several months working with a great team on behalf of Lloyds Banking Group, we're excited to share our design proposals for this significant development site in Leeds City Centre.
Our mixed-use scheme for the 1.57-hectare brownfield site includes c.1,650 residential and PBSA units, ground floor active uses and generous public green space, opening up the site to connections across the city.
Alongside CBRE Planning, we have worked closely with Leeds City Council planning team to reach a positive pre-application position on matters of use, scale and layout, landscape and public realm, and sustainable travel.
