Acting as ‘Completion Manager’ Cunniff Design worked alongside Shepherd Group and the wider TNQ team to co-ordinate the gathering of all information needed to ensure that all relevant information contractually required to achieve Practical Completion was secured and available ahead of the agreed handover date. Cunniff Design have been instrumental in bringing this complex project to a success close. This 17 storey tower is final piece on the Northern Quarter scheme and will hand over in Q1 2021.
