Cunniff Design were asked to re-design the brick façade to an existing HE College in Daventry, to replace the brick cladding system originally installed that had failed over time.

We extensively researched the possible brick systems and options for re-cladding, working with existing dimensional, technical and planning constraints. As well as designing the new façade, we also had a role in site inspections during the installation as well as witnessing the removal of the existing cladding system to record its condition and where it may have failed.
