Cunniff Design have worked closely with Willow Developments from conception to design nine high quality dwellings on land off Croft Road, Camblesforth. In advance of a full planning application the local planning authority worked positively and proactively with us to identify solutions that would provide a sustainable development and would improve the economic, social and environmental conditions of the area and would accord with the local development plan. Full planning permission was granted in April 2019 and Cunniff Design produced full technical drawings for tender to enable the works to commence on site.
