Design Management

In a Design Management role, we work directly for Main Contractors, being the central coordinator for all designers and ensuring this is undertaken in the correct sequence and in line with the contract documents.

In a Design Monitoring role, we are retained by clients at construction stage. We undertake drawing reviews and site inspections to ensure the client's design is maintained during the construction phase, when the main contractor utilises their own architect. Our central role in the development of construction information makes us ideally suited to both Design Management and Design Monitoring.
