Fit Out

We work with commercial tenants to develop fit out layouts for workplace, residential and leisure schemes.

We undertake space planning and floorplate testing to maximise the use of existing space or to plan new space prior to purchase. With a strong understanding of BCO guidance we can work alongside potential occupiers to demonstrate that their business is well suited to the intended building.

We are able to provide technical information to enable the fit out of spaces by a contractor. Working with partners, we can also help co-ordinate loose furniture and other client supply items into the design.
