Principal Designer

As CDM Principal Designer under the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015, we plan, manage and monitor the pre-construction phase of a project, and co-ordinate matters relating to health and safety. As Building Regulations Principal Designer, we plan, manage and monitor the design work during the design phase of a project, and co-ordinate matters so that all reasonable steps are taken to achieve compliance. Our extensive experience leading the design work for large, complex schemes allows us to competently undertake these roles for Higher-Risk Buildings (HRB) under the Building Safety Act.
