Feasibility

Feasibility studies are often a way to prove viability for clients or test ideas with planning. They can have a number of aims and can be produced quickly to enable clients to proceed with confidence to the next stages.

Feasibility

This type of study is usually concerned with testing the capacity and viability of a plot of land or an existing building. Using our extensive knowledge, we can quickly test the quantum likely to be possible to enable clients to test the economic viability of a particular proposal.

Massing Studies

Using urban design principles, we can quickly model various massing options for a particular quantum of developments, and with an understanding of the Planning context, can produce concepts to aid early communication with the Local Authority.

Site Analysis

We are able to analyse any site, be it rural or urban, and asses the importance of aspects of access (pedestrian/vehicular), servicing, pattern of building use, pattern of urban grain / height, historical grain and references along with existing site constraints to provide a background study to help minimise the risks of developing more detailed designs.
